Great Food. I placed an online order for pickup last Friday. The food was prepared for my orders just before my scheduled arrival, it was still hot and delicious when I go it home. We enjoyed egg drop soup, wonton soup, the Bo Bo platter General Tso chicken and shrimp with vegetables. Everything was just delicious. The inside of the restaurant was inviting and clean the staff was friendly and helpful. We WILL be ordering again.
The delivery and pickup has always been a good experience . I really like the sesame beef and I never had it before this place so was pleasantly surprised and I highly recommend it. I'm not fond of the chicken, maybe there is room for improvement on the cooking style? It just seems the chunks are too big and overcooked for my taste. The crab wontons and egg rolls are spectacular! Also really good fried rice
They're hot and sour soup was so peppery and delicious!! I got that along with the how's chow mein and mixed vegetables with chicken. The cook was so sweet to customize my vegetables with the addition of more green beans!
Food is usually good and adequate. We frequently have lunch here and service is always good. Somewhat dark inside - and generally not busy. Prices are relatively low - which makes this place worth regular visits.
Fabulous food! Always consistent and wonderful! The delivery service is an added bonus. My order always arrives hot and perfectly put together! Extra accoutrements accompany the order! Thank you for paying attention to every detail!

I have always had hot, fresh, and quality Chinese food from Orient! Not sure why they don't have 4-5 stars as their overall rating but I have lived in Richmond for 8 years now and haven't had a bad experience here yet. Their staff is always nice too!
Family dinner for three! Chose this restaurant because of yelp Sichuan recommendation; not disappointed! Plenty of food! Fast delivery! Great price, friendly service! Food looks great! We will definitely be ordering again!
The food has improved and the delivery is fast and the drivers are nice and friendly . I recommend the pork lo mein and the dumplings .
